Pedram has extensive experience of financial services, banking and capital markets having worked in UK, US and the emerging markets. Pedram has originated, structured and executed transactions across structured and asset finance, invoice and receivables finance, debt capital markets, wholesale lending and private placement. He has advised corporate clients, financial institutions, government related entities on financing, capital solutions and risk transfer instruments including a number of esoteric asset classes and debut transactions. He has previously worked at Enron, JP Morgan, RBS and BNP Paribas.
After several years of working in commercial real estate advisory, Tariq developed a particular interest in investment procurement and debt advisory services. By gaining valuable experience in this sector, Tariq went on to found his own real estate and debt advisory brokerage, completing several complex transactions in debt and equity capital raising. These included the structuring and delivery of a variety of lending formats including bridging loans, development loans, buy to let mortgages and commercial mortgages, covering all asset classes including core (office, industrial and retail). More recently, due to an influx of Middle Eastern investment, Tariq has been able to utilise the relationships he has forged with Sharia Compliant lenders to structure a number of Murabaha debt facilities across the UK.
Michelet has been working in the real estate sector for over 15 years and has worked for several years as Real Estate Asset Manager for one of the largest Loan Servicing Company in the UK primarily focussing on Continental Europe. He has led and managed a portfolio of over €1.5 billion of active CMBS/Balance Sheet commercial property and has successfully executed over €1 billion of complex properties/loan sales. Michelet has also gained extensive experience in managing performing real estate loans and workout of non-performing loans establishing a strong track record in assessing complex portfolios, creating and executing repositioning plans to provide viable exits to joint venture partners. Michelet is fluent in English, French, Dutch and Spanish and has gained extensive training and experience in Digital Currencies and Real Estate Tokenization on Blockchain.
